   FRANKLIN - Jane Stephenson Lankford, 77, died March 19, 2002, in Southampton Memorial Hospital. 
   Born in Elizabeth City, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Roscoe Henry and Mary Edwards Stephenson. She was a former executive secretary for Union Camp Corporation and a member of Hunterdale United Christian Church. 
   Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Vincent C. "Buddy" Lankford; a daughter, Kay Lankford Blythe and her husband, Chester, of Fredericksburg, Va.; two grandchildren, Daren Sean Blythe and Shannon Blythe Hudson; and two great-grandchildren, Cody and Dusty Hudson, all of Fredericksburg, Va. She was predeceased by a sister, Katherine S. Lawhorn. 
   A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Wright Funeral Home where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Southampton Memorial Park .
