Ida Seeley ``Dickie'' Lowe, 69, died May 30, 2000, in Westhaven Retirement Living in Abingdon, Va. Mrs. Lowe was born in Norfolk and was a daughter of the late John Silas and Mary Bruce Seeley. She was the widow of Mills Thomas Lowe. Mrs. Lowe was a member of High Street United Methodist Church and a former Girl Scout Leader. 

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Lowe Blevins and her husband, Tom, and two grandsons, Jonathan Patrick and William Eric Blevins, all of Abingdon. Mrs. Lowe was predeceased by a sister, Mary Lowe, and a brother, Corey Seeley. 

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in High Street United Methodist Church with the Rev. Edward C. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Wright Funeral Home.
