LOUISE JOHNSON CORNETT

WINDSOR - Louise Johnson Cornett, 84, passed away Oct. 30, 2004, in
Obici Hospital.

She was a native of Southampton County, Va. She was the daughter of the
late Willie J. Johnson and Jodie Daisy Saunders. She was a homemaker and
a member of Mill Swamp Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cornett is survived by her husband, James A. Cornett Sr. of
Windsor, Va.; sister, Carrie J. Edwards of Rich Square, N.C. ; daughters
and sons-in-law, Alice C. and Arnold Bartlett of Smithfield, Va. and
Dorothy C. and Ronnie Lewis of Sedley, Va. ; sons and daughters-in-law,
James A. Cornett Jr. and Jane, Robert R. and Donna Cornett and Jack R.
and Kim Cornett, all of Windsor; 28 grandchildren; 36
great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Sidney F. Harrell Chapel
of the Harrell and Hill Funeral Home, 2460 Pruden Blvd., Suffolk, by the
Rev. Skip Francis. Burial will be at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Family will
receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. and other
times at the residence of his daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and
Ronnie Lewis, 29244 Round Hill Road, Sedley, Va.
