Naomi Dunlow Turner, 81, died March 6, 1999. 

She was a native of Southampton County and was the widow of Lillian Turner. 

Survivors include four daughters, Virginia Yopp of Concord, N.C., Lillian Mae Price of Suffolk, Rose Marie Cross of Portsmouth and Goldie Ann Simmons of Courtland; a son, Melvin D. Turner of Jacksonville, N.C.; two sisters, Ella Kitchen of Franklin and Fannie Buckner of Courtland; a brother, Luther Dunlow of Franklin; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Southampton Memorial Park . Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Wright Funeral Home in Franklin.
