   SMITHFIELD  Nellie Wells Drewery, 83, died April 10 in Riverside Convalescent Center, Smithfield. Miss Nellie was a native of Isle of Wight County; and retired in 1987 as cafeteria manager from Isle of Wight public schools with 26 years of service. She was a member of Central Hill Baptist Church.
   She was predeceased by her husband, Mary Earl Drewery.
   Survivors include her daughter, Vivian D. Fitchett and husband Charles of Smithfield; two sons, Carlton Drewery and wife Lola of Ivor, Ronald Drewery and wife Iris of Newport News; a sister, Dorothy Logan of Ivor; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
   A funeral was to be held April 13, at 11 a.m., in Colonial Funeral Home chapel, Smithfield, with the Rev. Jim Hunter officiating. Burial was to follow in Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Ivor.
   The family received friends April 12 at the funeral home and other times at the home of her daughter, Vivian Fitchett. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association, Disease & Related Disorders, No. 20, Suite 233, Interstate Corp, Center, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
