SUFFOLK - Lucy Elizabeth Breakiron Carr, 70, died June 5, 2006. She
was a native of Fayette County, Pennsylvania. She retired as a legal
secretary for Pretlow, Pretlow, and Eason and was a member of Colosse
Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Bessie Hillen
Breakiron and Homer Jackson Breakiron and widow of Ryland Owen Carr,
Jr.

She is survived by sisters, Martha B. Darden of Windsor, Va., and
Catherine B. Holland of Suffolk; sister-in-law, Nancy Carr of
Carrsville, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may join the family today from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral
Home and other times at the residence of Catherine B. Holland. A
funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Colosse Baptist Church.

The Rev. Tim Webb will officiate. Burial will be at Colosse Baptist
Church Cemetery.
