FRANKLIN - Katherine Blythe "Kitty" Denson, 67, widow of Jack D.

Denson, died April 12, 2006, at Southampton Memorial Hospital. A
lifelong resident of Southampton County, she was the only daughter of
the late Otis and Louise Blythe and retired after 38 years of service
from the Sheet Planning Department of Union Camp Corporation.

Survivors include her daughter, Angela K Denson and a special group
of "adopted children" including Debbie Hedgepeth, Judy Witt, Dale
Miller, Richie Hedgepeth, Lee Falcone, Sue Ann Raiford and Michelle
Keller and devoted companion and friend, Eula Russell.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Wright
Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard L. Vinson, Jr. officiating. Burial
will follow in Southampton Memorial Park. Memorial may be made to the
American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 1132, Fairfax, VA 22038 or
favorite charity.
