Seymour Elias Worrell, 47, lifelong resident of Southampton County, died Wednesday morning, July 12, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Lena Porter, of Handsom. He was the husband of Mrs. Belle Drewry Worrell of Handsom, and son of the late J.B. and Roxana Worrell. Besides his wife he is survived by three stepdaughters, Mrs. Sarah Vick, Miss Mary Catherine and Gwendolyn Drewry; two stepsons, John and Samuel Drewry; one sister, Mrs. Porter, and one brother, John R. worrell, all of the Handsom community. Funeral services will be conducted this (Friday)afternoon at Mount Horeb Methodist Church at three o’clock by Rev. F.L. Baker.
