Virginia Drake Wilkins, 91, formerly of 13 Holland Dr., Windsor, died 6 January 2004, in Autumn Care of Suffolk.

A native of Como, N.C., she was the widow of Fred B. Wilkins, and the daughter of the late John Thomas Drake and Ella Rawls Drake.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Antioch Christian Church, Windsor.

She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Fred L. and Eleanor T. Wilkins of Windsor; two grandchildren, Kimberly W. Garrett, and husband, Christian, of Windsor; and Rebecca W. Adams, and husband, Kent, of Suffolk; and one great granddaughter, Brooke Garrett.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, 8 January, in the Sidney F. Harrell Chapel of the Harrell & Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Habecker officiating. Interment will be in Windsor Cemetery.

Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home, and other times at the home of her son at 21463 Garrison Dr., Windsor. Harrell & Hill Funeral Home is serving the family.
