Surviving: his wife, Benthall Warren; three sons, John E. and Charles P. of Rocky Mount and Wilson H. Warren of the U.S. Navy, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Jane Busby of Goldsboro and Mrs. Ann W. Richards of Knob Noster, Mo.; his mother, Mrs. D. J. Warren of Rich Square; two brothers, J. W. Warren of Rich Square and G. P. Warren of Buena Vista, Ga.; four sisters, Selma Warren of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Linwood Bryant of Rich Square, Mrs. Wilson Johnson of Richmond, Va., and Mrs. Lewis Hardison of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren.
