PETERSBURG, VA., April 9.- Benjachin Luther Rice Warren, aged about sixty -five years, died last evening at his home in Commerce Street. He had been afflicted with blindness from infancy, but took deep interest in church work.

The family came to Petersburg about five years ago from Southampton County. Deceased is survived by his widow and two children, Clarke M. and Miss Novella J. Warren, both of this city.
