A funeral service will be held at 3 P. M. Friday at the Blackcreek Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He had been a member of the Blackcrt-ek Baptist Church since early childhood and served as a teacher anJ superintendent of the Sunday school for a number of years. He also was a member of Holly Camp, Woodmen of the World, at Franklin. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs R L Lewis, of Zuni, and Mrs Lizzie Brown, of Franklin; two sons, Willie Wade, of Walter[s], Va and Leonard L Wade, of Carrsville Va., two half brothers, Herman W Wade, of Berlin Va., and Eddie Wade of Norfolk; a half sister, Mr Pattic Britt, of Ivor; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
