Cotton and daughter of the late Mrs. Margaret and Hillary Vaughan, of Southampton County, died today at her home in Sycamore vicinity after an illness of seven weeks. She was a devoted Christian and a faithful member of Sycamore Baptist Church. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Hinton Schram, of Chuckatuck; Mrs. Clarence Cobb, Mrs. Samuel Lankford, and Mrs. Presley Eley; and three sons, W. O., Pat, and Dellie Cotton, all of Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted from Sycamore Baptist Church Tuesday at 3:30 o'clock by her pastor, the Rev. R. D. Stephenson, assisted by the Rev. Gordon Price, of Franklin. Pallbearers will be her six grandsons: Irvin Lankford, of Norfolk; Samuel and Hutson Lankford; James and Harry Cobb; and Russell Cotton.
