Vaughan, 11 Enterprise Street, will be held from the home Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. The Rev. W. R. Steininger, chaplain at the State Hospital and a member of the United Church, will officiate and burial be in Oakwood. Pallbearers will be Edward S. King, Fred B. Wheeler, Hermon B. Briggs, R. F. Harwood, W. S. Bridges and J. D. Clark. Mrs. Vaughan is survived by her husband and a brother, Talcott W. Brewer. She was born in Wake Forest March 16, 1885, the daughter of Wait Brewer and Bessie Felt Brewer and came to Raleigh in 1890. She was a charter member of the State College Woman's Club and a past president of the Woman's Missionary Society of the United Church, which was formerly the Christian Church.
