Survivors include his parents, Robert L. Vann, Sr. and Daisy Cutchins Vann; two daughters, Elizabeth and Emily Vann; two sons, Ryan Vann (Krystal) and Dalton Vann; a sister, Judith Saunders (Ronnie); a brother, Robert L. Vann, Jr. (Lynn); three grandchildren, Paislee Edwards, Spencer Vann, and Bayleigh Gregory; and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3PM Friday, December 30, 2022 in Southampton Memorial Park with Rev. Steve Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends in Wright Funeral Home from 1:30 to 2:30 PM prior to the service and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
