Patrick J. Valentino, 69, of Suffolk, VA passed away on August 6, 2022. He was the son of the late Joseph and Abbie Sue Valentino. 

Mr. Valentino could fix everything and was very detailed with his work. He enjoyed singing karaoke, watching westerns and enjoying a glass of wine. He loved entertaining with his loving family and friends, and playing with his grandchildren. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Phyllis Valentino; daughters, Gabrielle Valentino-Bauer and Nicole Valentino; sons,Charles Slye, Jr. and Michael Slye; 8 grandchildren; a great grandson; 6 brothers and sisters. 

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 3 PM at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends at R. W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, North Suffolk Chapel, 5685 Lee Farm Lane Suffolk VA 23435 from 12:30 PM to 2 PM on Wednesday, followed by a procession to the cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation, P. O. Box 5014 Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014. Online condolences may be registered at www.RWBakerFH.com.
