Members of the choir sang the hymns, "Someday We'll Understand" and "In The Sweet Bye and Bye." Miss Ruby Outland, Miss Faye Outland, J. B. and J. H. Avis sang a special selection. The casket was covered with a spray of lilies and carnations. Active pallbearers: C. W. Ellis, Esmond Ellis, Whittle Darden, Sr., Eugene Rhodes, J. B. Babb, Elmo Holland, Watkins Darden.
