MARGARET HARGROVES Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Virginia Hargroves, widow of Samuel A. Hargroves, who died Friday night at 8:15 o'clock at her residence, 516 Harrison street, will be held at the residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Interment will take place in Olive Branch Cemetery. The body was prepared for burial at the Sturtevant Funeral Home, and will be removed to the residence tonight. Mrs. Hargroves was the daughter of the late Levi and Mrs. Sarah C. Turner. She was a native of Southampton County, but had resided in Portsmouth for the past 18 years. She is survived by three sons, W. W. Hargroves, of Roanoke Rapids, N. C.; B. L. Hargroves, of Lynchburg, and James Fenton Hargroves, of Portsmouth; three daughters, Mrs. H. W. Kinnin, and Mrs. T. T. Hancock, of Roanoke Rapids, and Mrs. I. E. Burnham, of Portlock; & sister, Mrs. H. Fitton, of Portsmouth; & brother, James M. Turner, of Norfolk; 24 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and l nephews.
