He is also predeceased by his sister, Donna. Freddie dedicated his life to serving his nation. Throughout his distinguished career, he sailed the seas with unwavering dedication, demonstrating remarkable leadership and commitment to his fellow sailors. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cheryl; 7 children, Kevin (Becky), Kelly, Kraig (Kristi), Kyle (Analyn), Kristina (Morgan), Kathleen (Matthew), and Klayton; and 21 grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 PM Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Healing Waters Worship Center in Carrollton, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Doorways VA. R. W. Baker & Co.
