Mrs. Rosa Sandlin 

FRANKLIN - Mrs. Rosa Mae Sandlin, 69, widow of Frederick Sandlin, died Thursday 22 Mar, 1962 in Raiford Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was a daughter of David W. and Mrs. Josephine Tingle Davis of Beaufort, N.C. She was a member of Franklin Congregational Christian Church, She peas past matron of Frankand Woman's Aid Society. lin Chapter 128, Order of Eastern Star. 

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. G. R. Edwards and Mrs. R. L. Eley Jr. of Windsor, Mrs. H. A. Laney of Forest Park, Ga.; and Mrs. Clay Kenney of Washington; two sons, Robert E. Sandlin of Franklin and Joseph E. Sandlin of Southern Pines, N.C.; a sister, Mrs. Carmen Barclay of Norfolk; and 13 grandchildren. 

A funeral service will be held in W. J. M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home Sunday 25 Mar, 1962 at 2 p.m. by the Rev. William A. Grissom of Windsor Christian Church. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. 

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to o Eastern Star Home or the Heart Fund.
