Jack Luther Rose Sr Jack Luther Rose, 64, died early this morning in Duke Hospital in Durham. A native of Nash County, 1 he was the son of the late Henry and Lucy Weaver Rose. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Carrie Hopewell Rose; seven daughters, Miss Helen Rose of tne home, 822 Clark St., Mrs. Agnes Dew, Mrs. Louise Pridgen and Mrs. Gladys Rose, all of Rocky Mount, Mrs. Mary Knight of Suffolk, Va., Mrs. Lila Joyner of Whitakers and Mrs. Christine Tucker of Enfietic one son, J. L. Rose, Jr. of Rocky Mount; 26 grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. G. W. Wells of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Deater Clark of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Sally Barnes, Mrs. Blanche Price, Mrs. Lula Parker and Mrs. Annie Barnes, all of Rocky Mount; one brother, Henry Rose of Enfield. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday from chapel of Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Earl Richardson, pastor of Clark Street Methodist Church, and Rev.
