William Randolph Obituary William Vance Randolph, 96, passed away peacefully in his home on August 13, 2022. He was born in Coalwood, West Virginia to the late Mervin and Clara Randolph. Mr. Randolph was predeceased by his wife of 75 years Callie "Irene" Randolph. Mr. Randolph retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard after 32 years as an electrician in shop 02. He was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church and was an avid fisherman with a unique ability to recall fine details of his past. A WWII veteran, Mr. Randolph served in the Pacific theater aboard PT Boats. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of Portsmouth Masonic Temple No. 100. Left to cherish his memory are daughters Patricia Coco, Barbara Landers, Carolyn Hammond (Jeffrey); granddaughter Laurie Wells (Todd); great granddaughters Amber Coco (Terrence), Holly Edwards, Callie Wells, Jessica Wells and great-great grandchildren Kellan Well, Zephyr Hensley, Wilder Hensley, Braxton Gibson, and Natalie Gibson. A graveside service with Military Honors and Masonic Rights will be conducted on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 2 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake VA. R. W. Baker & Co.
