Born in Waynesboro, VA, he was a son of the late Lee Cook Ramsay and Ellen Mildred Kent Ramsay. He was also predeceased by his wife, Tane Marie Rhodes Ramsay, and a son, Glenn Louis Case. Harry was a 1970 graduate of Waynesboro High School and a US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a retired fork lift operator for Cost Plus World Market in Windsor. Harry was a member of the American Legion and Living Hope Community Fellowship in Windsor. He loved the outdoors and fishing. Left to cherish his memory are three daughters, Jennifer Lee Spiggle, Jaime Marie Casey (Terry), and Lisa Marie Case; a son, Kevin Lee Ramsay; a sister, Leona Faye Painter (Pugh); nine grandchildren; a great grandchild; and a close friend, Jerry Hall.
