She was the widow of Franklin Bert Pulley of Courtland. Born in Capron, VA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Burroughs and Mary Worrell Pope. She was dedicated to her family and was happiest when with her family. She was a devoted daughter, a loving wife, a dedicated mother and an excellent cook Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Pulley Boykin and her husband Patrick of Timonium, MD; a son, Franklin Dean Pulley and his wife Sherry of Surprise, AZ; two grandchildren, Sam Boykin and Elizabeth Pulley Epstein, and her brother, Charlie Pope and his family, of Richmond, VA. A Memorial service will be held at 11 AM Monday, September 14, 2015 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin with the Rev. James W. Browder, III officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
