Diane Parsons Obituary Paula Diane Parsons, 69, of Suffolk, Va. passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. She was the daughter of William Kennedy Parsons, Sr., and Joan Parsons Mayo. She is preceded in death by her father; sister, Cynthia "Cindy" Parsons Oliver; and step father, Arthur C. Mayo. She is survived by her mother, Joan Parsons Mayo; brother, William "Ken" Parsons; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. Diane had a passion for volunteering. She believed in giving back to the community and doing for others. She was community service oriented and enjoyed volunteering for the children's hospital.
