Survived by four daughters, Lillian Gunn of Courtland, Beatrice Fowler of Sedley, Mary L. Warren of Windsor and Irene Bailey of Hampton; three sons, Herford M. Crumpler, Melvin L. Crumpler and Marvin E. Crumpler of Burdette; a sister, Rebie Overton of Williamsburg; 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. 

Visitation at 20244 Sedley Road. Graveside service 11 a.m. Saturday [24 July 1993] in the Crumpler Family Cemetery by the Rev. Larry Cribb. Arrangements by Wright Funeral Home.
