Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary H. Owen; son, T. Rogers Owen, Jr., of Richmond; four sisters, Mrs. Fannie O. Chaplin, Miss Jennie Owen, both of Emporia; Mrs. Lucy 0. Perkins, of Petersburg, Va., Miss Grace Owen, of Richmond; one brother, William R. Owen, of Norfolk, and one granddaugher. 

Funeral services 1 P. M. Wednesday at the Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home, Third and Marshall. Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to the Emporia (Va.) Rescue Squad.
