Outten and daughter John and Mrs. Margaret Wingate Tyler, died in the home her daughter, Mrs. Asa B. Nelligan, 4624 Crown Point Lane, Pembroke Manor, Virginia Beach, Friday at 11 p.m. A lifelong resident of Charles, she was a member Cape Eastville Baptist Church. Besides her daughter, she survived by two sons, Kenneth Outten of Portland, Maine, and Gates Outten of Norfolk; eigh grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. The body will be taken from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home today at 9 p.m. to Wilkens Funeral Home in Cape Charles, where a funeral service will be conducted Monday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. L. E. McKenney.
