He was a member of the Delaware Horsemen's Association, enjoyed golf, and took trips to the casino. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth A. Neff; children, Sandra J. Knipe (Gordon); Thomas G. Neff (Eileen); William C. Neff (Wanda); Patricia R. Neff (Albert Pasquarelli); John G. Neff; brother and sisters, Robert E. Neff (Hilda); Jane Young (John); Sarah Shriener (Fritz); 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
