Mrs. Neal worked thirty-one years in the banking profession and was currently employed as a loan officer at First Citizens Bank's Victoria office. She was former treasurer of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, past member of Victoria Woman's Club and former financial secretary of Victoria Christian Church where she was a member. She is survived by her husband, Wayne C. Neal; a daughter and son-in-law. Mary Ann and James Ransom Whitlow of Kenbridge; two sons, Anthony Wayne Neal of Alexandria, Michael Wallace Neal of Ken bridge; a grandson, Zachary Wallace Whitlow of Kenbridge; a brother, Claude Earl Wallace of Rice; her father, Charles Lucious Wallace of Lunenburg. The family will receive friends Friday 7 to 9 p.m. at Staples Funeral Home, Victoria.
