Neal III "Butch," Donald Green and John Burton; daughters, Sylvia Duvall, Audrey Joyner, Jean Centner and Barbara Oakes; 14 grandchildren, 23 greatgrandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; and his brother, Wayne Neal. Shirley served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of VFW Post 9954. The family will receive friends Friday, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Staples Funeral Home, Victoria.
