She was predeceased by her grandfather John E. Miller. Gracie was an intelligent and bright young lady. She made the world a better place everywhere she went. She served as a Page in Richmond for the House of Delegates; attended the Summer Enrichment Camps at UVA and attended the Science and Medicine Academy in Chesapeake Public Schools. Gracie loved to read and educate herself on a variety of topics. She had passion for all music but especially music from the 80's. Her favorite band was Queen. She is survived by her mother Debbie Dumas and her husband Paul; father Michael Heath Miller; brother John Evan Miller and his wife Sayde; grandparents Mary and Al Lucas and Frankee Miller; a host of extended family; and her faithful k-9 companion Theodore Roosevelt.
