Bryan Midyette Obituary Bryan Bonner Midyette, Jr. March 14, 1939 - November 28, 2014 Suffolk - Bryan Bonner Midyette, Jr., 75, passed away November 28, 2014 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Born in Aurora, NC, he was the only child of the late Bryan Bonner Midyette, Sr. and Daisy Jones Midyette. Bryan was a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps and retired after 37 years of service as a Supervisor of the Scale House with Union Camp Corporation. An avid outdoorsman, Bryan enjoyed hunting, fishing and socializing with his many friends and especially his family. He was a member of the Bronco Rod and Gun Club and the Forks of the River Hunt Club. Bryan leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 33 years, Dianne Midyette; two daughters, Carolyn M. Hayden and Ann Raye Bezek (Michael); three sons, Bryan B. Midyette, III, Charles A. Midyette (Karen) and Charlie G. Hayden (Carrie); eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. Jim George and Rev. Bill Eley officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home and other times at the residence at 7579 Elwood Road.
