Suffolk - Peter C. Meston, Sr., 53, passed away July 23, 2015. Peter was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his family every chance he got. He worked as a designer for 36 years with Northrop Grumman and received various awards for his dedication, ingenuity, and hard work. He was the most loving father, son, brother, Papa and uncle anyone could ask for. 

Left to cherish his memory is daughters; Sarah Gardner (husband Derrick), Kimberly Totten (husband Michael), Whitney Rasberry; son Peter Meston Jr. ; mother Sylvia Kitchen; brother John Meston (wife Rebecca); sister Carrie Hernandez (husband Jorge); grandchildren; Jackson Gardner, Sienna Gardner, Kayden Totten, Ella Rasberry, Mya Totten; nephew, Rendon; nieces, Emma, Aliya, Karis; loving companion Lisa Buchanan and many other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his father Stanley Meston. 

A memorial service will be held Tuesday August 4, 2015 at 7 p. m. at Liberty Baptist Church 7025 Harbour View Blvd 112, Suffolk, VA 23435 with Pastor Chris Deitsch officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 4416 Expressway Dr. Virginia Beach, VA 23452. Baker-Foster Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family.
