Neal McCaskill Obituary Neal H. "Hal" McCaskill, Jr., passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. He was the son of the late Marguerite and Neal H. McCaskill, Sr., who raised him in Portsmouth, VA. Throughout his life, Hal loved being outdoors near the water: rivers, bay, ocean, or lake. Hal is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary McCaskill; son, Andrew McCaskill (Jessica); daughter, Laura Perry (Owen); grandchildren, Grayson McCaskill and Liliana, Madeline, Skyler, and Hailie Perry; sister, Carol Crouch, brothers-in-law Patrick Killen, John Killen (Linda), Gerald Killen (Cheryl); and many nieces and nephews.
