She is survived by husband, Raymond A.; son, Herman R.; daughters, Mrs. Barbara C. Ballard, Wilmington, Del., Mrs. Beverly Mayfield, Tallmadge, Ohio, Miss Beryl Holderbaum, at home; grandchildren; and great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Mary B. Jackson, Largo, Fla. Private services will be 1 p.m. Friday [September 26, 1975] at the Billow Chapel, Twenty third St. and Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call Thursday [September 25, 1975] 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Dr. Randall A.
