Ozelle L. Hand, 75, of Lakeland, died Monday. A native of North Carolina, she came to Lakeland seven years ago from Norfolk, VA. She was a retired food service director for the Goochland Institute for Women and a member of the First Assembly of God.

She is survived by three daughters: Carmen Kight of Lakeland, Marian Watson of West Palm Beach, and Edna LaCouture of Turnersville, NJ; a sister, Eva Koonce of Roper, NC; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
