MRS. ADDIE DAWSON

Kinston - Mrs. Addie Langston Dawson, 65, widow of Richard Abner Dawson of the Sharon Church section, died early Friday 9 June 1950 at the home of her son, Lawson Dawson of Arlington, Va., after three years illness.

The funeral will be from Sharon Methodist Church at 3 p.m. Monday 12 June 1950, interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. E. W. Downum, Methodist of Grifton, will officiate. The body will be moved to the church at 11 a.m. Monday 12 June 1950.

Surviving are her son; two daughters, Marjorie Dawson of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. J. C. Wade of Kinston, Route 1; a brother, J. Marvin Langston of Lillington, a sister, Mrs. Sherman Odham of Grifton, Route 2, and three grandchildren.
