A retired truck farmer, he was native of Norfolk County and life residing at resident 3600 Cottage this Toll section, Road at the time of his death. 

He was a member of the First Methodist Church.

Surviving are one son, Robert Lambert; two daughters, Misses Claudia E., and Virginia S. Lambert, of Norfolk: two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Ryland W. Lambert, Norfolk, and two sisters, Mrs. Cornelia Pallette, of Norfolk, and Mrs. Carl Fisher, of Greensboro, N. C. 

The body was taken to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.
