WILLIAM R. LAMB 

William R. Lamb, 69, retired merchant of Portsmouth, Va., who came here three weeks ago, died Wednesday in a Miami hospital. He made his home here at 1000 S. W. 12th ct. 

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Evie M. Lamb; three daughters, Mrs. Rosa Draper of Miami, Mrs. Eunice Rudd and Mrs. Alease Putnam, both of Portsmouth; three sons, Morris, Hurley and Chesley of Portsmouth; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Vick of Courtland, Va.; a brother, Maynard Lamb of Boykins, Va., 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 

The body will be sent to Portsmouth Friday by Gerhardt Funeral home.
