Miller of Chesapeake, VA and Denise A. Lake of Courtland, VA. Richard was a lifelong Plantsman/Horticulturist and animal Lover. He had a green thumb that also doubled as a perch for his beloved Birds through the years. He was a loyal brother and friend with a deep appreciation for his Mother. He loved music and movies and had a laugh that was very contagious to those around him. He was surrounded by his Family in his moment of Freedom.
