KEEN Arthur Flemings Keen, 74, of 1020 Holloway St., died Saturday 25 May 1968 at 9:30 a.m. at Watts Hospital. He had been a patient at the hospital for three weeks. Surviving are two sons, A. Keen and J. Arlon Keen, both of Durham; two daughters, Mrs. A. L. Pender of Durham and Mrs. T. T. Frazier Jr. of Reidsville; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one brother, Preston Keen of Baltimore, Md. He was born 23 November 1893, in Wilson County, son of the late Tasin and Julia Keen. He had lived in Durham for the past years and was employed at the Paschall Plumbing Co. until retiring seven years ago. He was married 18 December 1913, to Miss Bermie Hill, who died 29 July 1960. Funeral services will be held Monday 27 May 1968 at 2 p.m. at the Hudson Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dean Dobbs, pastor of the Shady Grove Free Will Baptist Church, and the Rev. Ellington, and W. F.
