HAMPTON - Darrell Ray Jett, 24, of 11 Willowood Drive, apartment 202, died Sunday 29 Jan 1985 in Riverside Hospital, Newport News. He was a native of Newport News and a lifelong resident of the Peninsula. He was a boilermaker in Department X43 at Newport News Shipbuilding and a member of Bethel Assembly of God, Suffolk. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sharon C. Jett; a daughter, Jacqualine B. Jett, at home; his mother, Mrs. Alice H. Jett of Hampton; and a sister, Mrs. Belinda J. Batkins of Newport News. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. W. J. Smith and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
