Funeral 3 p.m. Wednesday [20 May 1970], Potecasi Baptist Church at Potecasi, the Rev. Dalphon Thompson. Burial, church cemetery. 

Surviving: his wife, Mrs. Madge Hodges Jenkins; a son, Jenkins of the home; his mother, Mrs. Rennie Jenkins of Milwaukee; four sisters, Miss Ollie Jenkins of Milwaukee, Mrs. Frances Hedgpeth of Portsmouth, Va., Mrs. Margaret Willoughby of Weldon and Mrs. Florence Corner of Rich Square; four brothers, John R. and Henry C. of Milwaukee, Bill of Rich Square and Jimmy Jenkins of Portsmouth, Va.
