Mrs. Clio Hedgebeth  

SUFFOLK - Mrs. Clio Holland Hedgebeth, 85, of 1928 Holland Road, died Saturday 10 Mar 1984 at Nansemond Convalescent Center.  

Born in Nansemond County, she was the oldest member and a charter member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, where she was active in the Women's Missionary Union and the Ladies' Bible Class.  

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Nellie H. Byrd of Suffolk and Mrs. Thelma H. Ramsey of Hampton; a sister, Mrs. Pauline H. Hedge of Suffolk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. today 12 Mar 1984 at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald H. Harvey. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.  

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Hillcrest Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
