WINDSOR - Dollie H. Foster, 84, a native of Isle of Wight County, died Wednesday, Jan. 8[1992]. Mrs. Foster was a homemaker and was a member of Colosse Baptist Church in Isle of Wight County.

Survived by six daughters, Elsie F. Cutchins of Suffolk, Loraine F. Cutchins, Geraldine F. Williams and Janice F. Byrum of Windsor, Margie F. Willman of Virginia Beach and Virgie F. Byrum of Disputanta; two sons, Shirley B. Foster of Franklin and Cleveland L. Foster of Windsor; two brothers, Darden Hedgepeth of Zuni and Berlee Hedgepeth of Windsor; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. 

Visitation from 7 to 8:30 tonight [08 January 1992] at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk. Funeral at 2 p.m. Friday [10 January 1992] at the funeral home by the Rev. Mark Youndt. Burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. Memorials to Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad, Windsor 23487.
