Matthew was a 1982 graduate of Windsor High School. He was a farmer and co-owner of Howell Farms. Left to cherish his memory is his brother, Winky Howell, Jr. and his wife Patricia, a niece Wendy Howell Flythe and her husband Chris and their children Patrick, Peyton, Ashton, and Caroline.
