Maynard Thomas Gomer, Sr., 66. a former resident of Nansemuond County, died suddenly of a heart attack at 2 a. m. yesterday in Maryview Hospital. He had lived with his daughter, Mrs. B. R. Smith, of 126 Broad street. He was the husband of the late Eva Parker Gomer and son of the late A. T. Gomer and Mattie Daughtrey Gomer of Nansemond County. In addition to Mrs. Smith, he is survived by one other, daughter, J. G. Wilson, Newport News: one son. Maynard Thomas Comer. Jr., of Portsmouth: one sister. Mrs. Jape West. of land: one brother, H.
