Walter, also known as Bubba, loved nature and being outdoors.  He had such fond memories of the many fishing trips with his family.  Bubba also enjoyed welding and shared his skill freely.

Left to cherish his memory, Bubba is survived by his mother, Shawna M. Taylor, his brother, Brandon Ray Lassiter, maternal grandmother, Freda R. Worsham, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his stepfather, James Linwood Taylor, and his maternal grandfather, Sanford W. Worsham.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Being an avid and devoted animal lover his entire life, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Humane Society or Animal Shelter of your choice.
