Thomas R. Felton 

RICHMOND Thomas Roland Felton, 86, retired owner and operator of Felton's Cleaners in Suffolk and Franklin, died Wednesday, Sept. 22 [1993]. 

Mr. Felton was a native of Suffolk and a member of Ballards Bridge Baptist Church, Chowan County, N.C. He was a member of Suffolk Masonic Lodge 30, past high priest of Mt. Nebo Royal Arch Chapter 20, past commander of Portsmouth Commandery 5, Knights Templar, Portsmouth Scottish Rite Bodies, Khedive Shrine Temple and was a charter member of Suffolk Shrine Club. He was a 32 degree Mason, Knight Commander Court of Honor, Portsmouth Scottish Rite Valley. 

Survived by three sons, Roland L. Felton of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Alan L. Felton and Frank D. Felton of Suffolk; a brother, James H. Felton of Suffolk; seven grandchildren and a great grandchild. 

Visitation from 7 to 8 tonight [22 September 1993] at Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home. Graveside service 11 a.m. Friday [24 September 1993] in Cedar Hill Cemetery with Masonic rites by the Rev. David M. Seymour.
